Desktop App Converter -

i have been using desktop bridge time , have started experiencing problem. stopped building packages. have tried install on different virtual machines have been getting same error.

the latest servicing update windows 10 creators update (kb4025342, build 15063.483) unfortunately introduced bug in os breaks desktop app converter. working fix out asap address regression. until bug fixed can run desktop app converter on systems don’t have particular servicing update kb4025342 applied.
