echo - ICMP reply packets are exist, but cmd say "No ping" -


i try ping device. device supports arp answer , icmp reply. send icmp request cmd. device receive 1 , fast reply back. wireshark see reply, cmd doesn't see , print "no reply". how can resolve problem?
